David Eron Available Now

David Prelle Eron is a shareholder and the CEO of Prelle Eron & Bailey, P.A. He is the only Certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist in Wichita (American Board of Certification). His practice concentrates on complex bankruptcy matters, including business filings, bankruptcy litigation, and complicated consumer filings. David regularly handles all manner of commercial transactions, including contracts, lending and security instruments, business formations, acquisitions, dissolutions, leases, and commercial and real estate sales. He also has significant trial experience. David has received Martindale Hubbell's AV Rating, as well as its Client Distinction Award. David has been rated by SuperLawyers every year since 2012, and was included in the Best Lawyers in America in 2018-19. He was also named one of Wichita's "40 Under 40" in 2015. David regularly contributes to the profession in the form of CLE presentations, published articles, and service on a variety of bar organizations. David has also enjoyed a long history of service with Cub Scouts/Boy Scouts, and he previously sat on the board of the Mayflower Clinic, a low income health clinic serving immigrant populations. David received an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force. David has seven children and four grandchildren. He presently resides in Wichita. He enjoys spending time with his family and riding motorcycles at the racetrack.
