This expertise enhances my role as a Family Law Attorney, where I work closely with clients to address the distribution of marital assets, evaluate countable income, and achieve their desired outcomes. Unlike criminal cases, family law matters lack a Public Defender, even when clients face the potential loss of their home or children. In this capacity, I serve as a "Counselor," listening to my clients’ needs and ensuring they receive appropriate relief during challenging and often tumultuous times. These family law matters often intersect with restraining orders or criminal charges, where my role shifts to that of an "Advocate." In this capacity, I intervene in criminal investigations, review discovery, and negotiate plea agreements with prosecutors to protect my clients’ constitutional rights.
