David Anderson Available Now

David Anderson has assisted hundreds of seamen and their families to secure fair compensation for injuries at sea, as well as for those who have lost loved ones to sunken vessels. His decades of experience in the admiralty law field have made him a respected name in the industry. As a native of Seattle, Dave spent his childhood on docks and shores. He learned to take the helm of sail and powerboats from an early age, and he has owned a wide variety of vessels. Dave attended Stanford University before earning his J.D. at the University of Michigan School of Law in 1974. While completing his senior year in law school, he worked as a clerk in a law firm focused on environmental litigation. After becoming a licensed attorney, Dave joined the admiralty law department of a large law firm in Seattle. He studied and gained experience there under some of the most experienced and renowned maritime lawyers in the Northwest before continuing on to become a partner in his own law firm. For more than 30 years, Dave represents sailors from ferries, commercial fishing boats, and all manner of sea vessels. He has gained experience fighting for his clients against some of the largest and most intimidating companies in the marine industry, seeking restitution in a range of situations, from accidents at sea to dockyard injuries.
