Davi practices in the areas of estate planning, collections, and commercial law. She represents corporate and individual clients in collection matters, including commercial and medical collections, insurance subrogation, leases, and deficiency balances. She also represents creditors in probate and bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, Davi advises clients in the estate planning process and in the preparation of estate documents, such as wills and health care planning.. Davi is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Davi is also a member of the Nashua Bar Association and the Commercial Law League of America. Davi was raised in California and Massachusetts. She graduated from Skidmore College, cum laude, with degrees in Business and French. She then received her Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law in 1999.
