Danielle M. Schroder is a partner at MacGillis Law Group, LLC, focusing exclusively on personal injury law. Based in the Madison office, she represents clients across Wisconsin who have been injured in car crashes, construction accidents, slip and falls, and other cases involving negligence or unsafe conditions. She also serves as a guardian ad litem for injured minors, protecting their best interests. Danielle is known for her thorough preparation, skilled negotiation, and unwavering advocacy in pursuing fair outcomes for her clients. She has successfully resolved numerous cases involving defective products, trip and fall injuries, and serious vehicle accidents, earning a reputation for professionalism and results. An active leader in Wisconsin’s legal community, Danielle serves on the Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ) Board of Directors and previously chaired the WAJ Women’s Caucus, which promotes mentorship and leadership among women trial lawyers.
