Daniel Tobler Available Now

Daniel J. Tobler was born and raised in Southern Utah. The son of a school teacher and farmer, Mr. Tobler learned the value of education and hard work at an early age. He graduated from Pine View High School, attended Dixie College and served a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. At age 22, Mr. Tobler graduated with honors from Dixie State College with an Associate Degree. Two years later he graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor Degree, also earning honors. Mr. Tobler received his Juris Doctor, again with honors, from Gonzaga University School of Law, located in Spokane, Washington. After graduating from law school, Mr. Tobler returned to Utah to become a licensed member of the Utah State Bar and active member of the Southern Utah Bar Association. Since 2005, Mr. Tobler has worked for and with attorneys practicing in a variety of legal areas. He joined James E. Slemboski’s firm in 2009 and became a partner just two years later, the fastest in the firm’s history. At Slemboski & Tobler, Mr. Tobler focuses his practice on family law, business law, criminal defense, and bankruptcy. He has also assisted clients in immigration, real estate matters, collections, and estate planning. Having helped hundreds of clients in a range of legal disciplines allows Mr. Tobler to approach any legal problem from multiple angles, ensuring the fastest and most cost effective solutions Mr. Tobler prides himself in a strong work ethic and the ability to intelligently and creatively solve problems.
