Daniel Thwaites Available Now

Mr. Daniel Thwaites is the Managing Attorney and founding member of the firm, overseeing all aspects of civil litigation within the practice. He holds primary responsibility for new business development, client relations, human resource management, and managing complex negotiations with insurance carriers. Originally from Jamaica, Mr. Thwaites maintains strong ties to his homeland. For many years he wrote a newspaper column for The Sunday Gleaner, Jamaica’s most prominent newspaper. Mr. Thwaites is admitted to practice law in New York State, the U.S. Eastern and Southern District Courts, and Jamaica, West Indies.
