Daniel Marusak Available Now

I graduated cum laude from Roger Williams School of Law in 2014 and have been practicing Veterans law ever since. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of representing hundreds of Veterans and their families nationwide, both at the Agency Level and before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. I’m admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and licensed to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. From 2007 to 2020, I served in the Massachusetts Army National Guard. After completing my first year of law school, I deployed to Kunar Province, Afghanistan, as an Infantry Platoon Leader from 2011 to 2012. In April 2013, while serving as an executive officer, I led my company in response to the Boston Marathon Bombing, working alongside local police to establish security in Boston’s subway stations. I concluded my military career by serving nearly three years as the commander of an Infantry Company.
