Daniel Jones Available Now

Daniel Jones earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. While attending law school, he served as the Chair of Pro Bono Legal Advocates and was awarded the State Bar of California’s Wiley W. Manual Award for Pro Bono Legal Services, one of the most prestigious pro bono awards given in the state. He was also recognized for his outstanding oral advocacy and legal writing. Daniel earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Westminster College. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked as a law clerk for the Primary Public Defender in San Diego where he gained valuable trial experience arguing before the Superior Court of California. He also worked as a clerk for the Employee Rights Center where he represented clients in employment and immigration matters. Daniel is fluent in Spanish. Daniel is admitted to practice in the state of California and is a member of the State Bar of California and the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. Daniel has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017, an achievement limited to the top 2.5% of attorneys in California.
