Daniel Gaudet Available Now

I have dedicated my career entirely to practicing criminal defense. I assist clients through every stage of the legal process, from pre-arraignment investigations to trial. I provide representation in both state and federal courts throughout Massachusetts. As a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the District of Massachusetts, I represent indigent criminal defendants facing charges in the Boston federal court. Additionally, I advocate for indigent defendants in the state District and Superior Courts as part of the Middlesex Defense Attorneys. Over the course of my career, I have secured numerous dismissals and not guilty verdicts for clients charged with a variety of offenses.
