Danelle Harvey-Jacob is the Founder and Principal Attorney at Harvey-Jacob Law, a California law firm helping solopreneurs, business start-ups, and creators correctly and proactively set-up to avoid common costly legal mistakes, disputes, and pitfalls. Danelle’s practice areas are business, contract, trademark, copyright, Internet, music, and trusts and estates law. Danelle empowers others to confidently build businesses while protecting their brands, assets, and loved ones. She holds an MSc in Legal Studies, and an LL.M. with business law from the USC Gould School of Law. Before focusing on U.S. legal studies and practice, Danelle studied England and Wales, and European Union Law. Prior to becoming an attorney, as a business owner, best-selling business author, speaker, published composer, and educator, she raised awareness on homelessness, domestic violence, and education issues, partnering with U.S., international, and UK organizations including the London Mayor's Office, to effect positive change.
