Clark is a seasoned trial attorney with over a decade of experience, ready to tackle your case head-on and deliver the results you deserve. Clark co-founded the medical device company Glytec after college. Following FDA approval, he traveled nationwide, engaging with doctors and major hospital chains to promote this revolutionary technology. After years in the medical device industry, Clark pursued his dream of becoming an attorney and attended the Charleston School of Law. After receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2011, Clark returned to the Upstate, starting his career at a local DUI defense firm, learning from some of the most seasoned DUI defense attorneys in the state. He then opened his own solo practice, gaining experience in various criminal and civil cases. In 2016, Clark joined the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office as an assistant solicitor, beginning in the Traffic Unit. He handled cases such as DUI, Felony DUI with Great Bodily Injury or Death, Failure to Stop for Blue Lights, Hit and Run, Habitual Traffic Offender, Driving Under Suspension, and similar offenses. Clark later transitioned to the Domestic Violence Unit, managing all types of domestic violence cases. He finished his career in the Drug Unit, quickly becoming the Greenville County Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit liaison, overseeing the county's largest drug cases. He handled everything from simple possession to large-scale trafficking, as well as violent crimes like armed robbery, burglary, and murder. During his time at the solicitor’s office, Clark built strong relationships with colleagues and law enforcement. Observing defense attorneys and law enforcement interactions, he recognized the need for better representation and higher standards. Clark is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for your case, unafraid of the courtroom and ready to fight for your rights, while also possessing the knowledge and skill for successful plea negotiations.
