Cindy Nguyen Available Now

Cindy Nguyen is the managing partner at Amity Law Group and has had extensive experience in estate planning, probate, employment law and business litigation. Ms. Nguyen loves to work with families to help them create an estate plan that will avoid taxes and protect them against probate. Ms. Nguyen also provides preventive counseling to employers regarding claims of discrimination, harassment, disability accommodation, wage and hour violations, ADA violations, misclassification, and other alleged claims of employer misconduct. She represents employers in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies such as the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ms. Nguyen is fluent in English and Vietnamese. Mrs. Nguyen received her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, with a Certificate in Public Interest and Social Justice Law. She was the recipient of the Richard S. Rosenberg Award for Excellence in Labor Law and the Santa Clara University School of Law Pro Bono Bronze Award. While attending law school, Mrs. Nguyen interned at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Her work at the EEOC involved investigating claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Equal Pay Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disability Act. Mrs. Nguyen currently sits on the board of director of Rosemead Chamber of Commerce and Asian Business League of Southern California. Ms. Nguyen is admitted to practice in all California state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
