Christopher Jenkins Available Now

I am a litigator with nearly 40 years of experience handling cases involving wrongful death, traumatic injuries, automobile, truck, and bus accidents, gas explosions, work-related injuries, falls due to defective premises, personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, and other catastrophic losses. I also have significant experience in employment law, addressing matters such as sexual harassment, discrimination based on gender, race, or age, retaliation, workers’ compensation, and social security disability and SSI law. Over the years, I have managed numerous administrative law cases, including Chapter 13B proceedings. In the area of immigration, I have worked on a variety of family-based petitions, including consular processing, adjustment of status, detainment, and naturalization. I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law and my Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Indiana University. I am proud to hold an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which reflects the highest recognition for legal ability and ethical standards. My volunteer work includes representing Social Security Disability and SSI clients through AppalReD Legal Aid and assisting domestic relations clients for the Fayette County Pro Bono Program. In the past, I have served as a lay counselor and weekend TV production volunteer for Southland Christian Church in Lexington. Additionally, I have been involved as a secretary and volunteer for the Bread of Life homeless food ministry. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my grandchildren, playing guitar, and attending motorsports events.
