I am an attorney who helps people control what they can while they can by creating effective disability plans for care during one's lifetime and estate plans after death. My Elder Law services involve counseling overwhelmed families on finding and paying for care they or a loved one may need. Creating plans to meet individual goals include Medicaid and VA applications and creating certain types of trusts to shelter assets. As part of my Estate Planning services, I create will-based and trust-based estate plans to meet clients' individual goals which range from probate-avoidance to creditor protection for trust beneficiaries. Much of my Probate practice involves assisting out-of-state families settle the affairs of a deceased loved one in Cochise County, Arizona. Thoroughness, expedience, and regular communication with the attorney are key parts of my services.
