I’m Attorney Christina Nguyen (Tina), and I am the managing partner at Restoration Law PLLC. The firm specializes in trusts and estates, business law, and real estate law. My practice centers on creating personalized estate plans for individuals and families in Connecticut. This includes carefully tailoring clients' estate plans based on their needs and goals, whether they aim to avoid probate entirely through revocable living trust-based plans, or desire a more standard will based plan which would also likely include powers of attorney and healthcare directives. My goal is to approach every client interaction with patience and empathy, as I understand these topics are sensitive. Before turning my attention to estate planning, I worked as a defense attorney, representing clients through all stages of high-stakes litigation. My clients ranged from corporations and insurance companies to law firms and individuals. I’ve guided clients through challenging and stressful situations, always ensuring they receive the attention they need. Many law firms rely on high-volume business models that can limit accessibility between attorneys and clients. At Restoration Law, I’m committed to addressing clients’ concerns and needs with care and precision as they arise. I also have a background in corporate law, where I advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, drafted transactional documents, and conducted due diligence investigations. In a recent in-house position, I worked closely with software engineers and corporate counsel to develop an artificial intelligence program aimed at interpreting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. This experience allows me to approach estate planning with a focus on safeguarding and preserving assets for your family's future generations.
