After a decade of representing small businesses in commercial, intellectual property, real estate, and governance matters, my practice has shifted to one focusing on employees seeking justice against wrongdoing. This includes workplace discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation, as well as whistleblower protection. Beyond this, I also work closely with departing employees to negotiate favorable severance terms, as well as defend them in state and federal court when their former employer accuses them of violating non-compete terms or misappropriating trade secrets.
