Charles Bazydlo Available Now

Charles T. Bazydlo has since 1995 concentrated his legal practice in the areas of environmental law, land use / land development and municipal law. His work has included the representation of both large and small industrial, commercial and residential clients in front of various local, State and Federal regulatory permitting agencies. Mr. Bazydlo has represented several municipal public agencies and school districts including serving as the Attorney to Town Boards and Attorney to the Zoning Board of Appeals for the communities in Orange County, New York. In addition he advised as Special Counsel for development projects to various municipal boards and school districts in the Hudson Valley. Mr. Bazydlo is a graduate of PACE University School of Law with a Concentration in Environmental Law and holds a Master Degree in Environmental Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. This combined legal /engineering background provides for a unique advantage to both private and public clients in navigating complex regulatory issues in front of local land use boards, the New York Department of Environmental Conservation, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the USEPA. In addition to his law practice Mr. Bazydlo was previously the director of regulatory permitting for a national environmental engineering firm concentrating in the development and construction of solid waste disposal and treatment facilities.
