Chadd Reynolds Available Now

Chadd Reynolds has extensive experience advising corporate clients in business, real estate, and construction related matters. His primary practice focuses on representing subcontractors, contractors, and owners in a variety of disputes involving contract, construction defect, nonpayment, delay, and lien and bond claims. He also represents businesses in contract disputes and pursues and defends fraud, negligent misrepresentation, tortious interference, racketeering, and trademark claims on behalf of his clients. Chadd is a current board member of the Atlanta Bar Association's Construction Law Section and is also a member of the Atlanta Bar Association's Litigation Section and the Georgia Bar Association's Construction Law Section. Chadd has been recognized as a 2022 Super Lawyers Rising Star.
