Cassandra Harmon Available Now

Originally from Madison, Mississippi, Cassandra Harmon is an immigration attorney serving clients in the Mississippi Gulf Coast and across the nation. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the U.S. immigration system with compassion, clarity, and skilled advocacy. Fluent in Spanish, she is proud to serve clients from diverse backgrounds and ensure effective communication throughout every stage of the legal process. Cassandra earned her Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies from Louisiana State University in 2021, graduating with honors including the Distinguished Communicator Award and recognition on the Dean’s List. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law in 2025, where she earned certificates in Family Law and Louisiana Civil Law, along with a Pro Bono Certificate for her commitment to service. Her achievements include the American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Practice and First Place in the 2025 American Bar Association Howard C. Schwab Memorial Contest. She also served as President of the Hispanic Law Student Association and received multiple scholarships recognizing her dedication to advocacy and public interest work. Her legal experience includes work with an immigration nonprofit organization, as well as internships with the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office and private practice experience as a law clerk. Cassandra is admitted to practice in all Mississippi State Courts and the Mississippi Supreme Court, and remains active in professional organizations including the Mississippi Bar and the National Association of Counsel for Children. She is also a published legal scholar, with an upcoming article in the American Bar Association Family Law Quarterly (forthcoming 2026). With a strong foundation in advocacy and public service, Cassandra is honored to represent immigrants and their families as they pursue stability, opportunity, and a future in the United States.
