Since 2004, I have been running The Selesky Law Firm, L.L.P., a boutique practice I established to provide focused and personalized service to my clients. I maintain relationships, working on select cases and projects with colleagues. Over the years, I have handled litigation involving national companies such as Target, Met Life, Farmers, USAA, Union Standard Insurance, Royce Homes, Sun Beam, and Toyota, collaborating with firms like Baker Botts, Dunn, Kacal, Adams, Pappas & Law, and Vinson & Elkins, among others. My independent clientele includes over 460 individuals and businesses, and I prioritize communication and service in every case I take on. I am licensed to practice in Federal and Texas State courts and have extensive trial experience in counties such as Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Liberty, Jefferson, Orange, Travis, Dallas, Williamson, Bell, and Hays, among others. Additionally, I have been appointed and serve as an Amicus Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem for minor children in custody disputes in Harris County Family District Courts. I am a former member of the American Inns of Court and currently a member of the Houston Bar Association, Austin Bar Association, and the Family Law sections of both the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. Before founding my firm, I was affiliated with Woodfill & Pressler, L.L.P., from 2003 to 2004, where I served as a litigator with an active trial docket in State and Federal Court. I acted as lead attorney in all assigned cases, handling matters such as insurance bad faith, commercial litigation, construction law, personal injury, and medical malpractice, while also maintaining an independent Family Law docket. From 1993 to 2003, I worked at the Law Offices of John C. Osborne, where I led and assisted with an active docket in a boutique civil firm. I developed my own clientele and managed all aspects of my cases, including drafting writs and briefs for various Texas State and Federal Courts.
