Brian Sullivan Available Now

Brian Sullivan practiced extensively in the workers’ compensation field before joining Keches Law Group, P.C. in 2008. He handles all aspects of workers’ compensation matters, as well as, Social Security Disability and Accidental Disability Retirement claims. Mr. Sullivan is directly involved in all phases of workers’ compensation claims, including the initial evaluation of possible claims, procurement of required documents and claim filings. He represents clients at all levels of the Department of Industrial Accidents, including Conferences and Hearings before the Administrative Judges.Mr. Sullivan was previously employed at the Department of Industrial Accidents and a prominent litigation law firm. Mr. Sullivan is a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University and a 2000 graduate of its law school. He has served on the faculty of continuing legal education programs focusing on workers’ compensation and is frequently requested to speak to trade and industry groups regarding emerging issues in his practice areas. He is presently a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
