Brian Spitz Available Now

I am Brian Spitz, the founder and managing attorney at Spitz, The Employee's Law Firm. My journey in law began after graduating with honors from Case Western Reserve University in 1997. Following my graduation, I honed my skills in trial and litigation at some of Cleveland's most respected law firms. My dedication to advocating for my clients led me to establish The Spitz, The Employee's Law Firm in 2007, where I currently serve as the Managing Attorney. My academic credentials include a law degree from Case Western Reserve University Law School in Cleveland, Ohio, where I graduated with honors in 1997. Prior to that, I completed my undergraduate studies at The American University in Washington D.C. in 1993. I was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1997 and am also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. District Court Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Supreme Court since 2019. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my contributions to the field of law. I was named a “Nationwide Top Attorney” by Newsweek Magazine in 2015 and 2013, and one of the "Top 20 Leaders in Employment Law in the United States" by the same publication in 2012. Additionally, I was listed as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers’ Magazine in 2009-2010. I am also a member of the National Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 Trial Lawyers and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. My commitment to legal excellence is further underscored by my Lead Counsel Rating.
