Brian Morrissey was born and raised in Toledo. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies. He also graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law. During law school Brian also followed his passion for criminal law and worked part time at the Public Defenders Office through the Toledo Legal Aid Society where he worked on both felony and misdemeanor cases. Brian currently is a staff attorney for the Toledo Legal Aid Society as a Public Defender.
