I have over a decade in Criminal Law experience. I have dealt with criminal matters from DUI and Domestics to Murder in the 1st Degree. I am an experienced negotiator, as well as an experienced trial lawyer. I have Jury Trial and Non Jury Trial experience. I have dealt with thousands of Criminal Cases. Prior to entering private Practice, I was an Assistant District Attorney in District 21 in Oklahoma for over 11 years. This includes Cleveland, Garvin, and McClain Counties. I was the Managing Assistant District Attorney in McClain County for the final 4 years of my prosecutorial career. I was also the Assistant District Attorney in Charge of Community Sentencing and McClain County Drug Court. I have been an instructor at many police academies, including, Oklahoma City Police Academy, Norman Police Academy, and the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office Reserve academy.
