Brett Carter is a partner at Benson, Bertoldo, Baker & Carter, having joined the firm in 1996. Brett has chosen to devote himself solely to the practice of personal injury law, particularly vehicular negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, products liability and negligent security. His practice ranges from those individuals who have suffered relatively minor injuries to those who have had their lives permanently and catastrophically altered as a result of another’s negligence.
