Brandon Myers Available Now

Brandon Myers was selected by his peers as one of Utah Business magazine's 2014 Utah Legal Elite in "Up & Coming - Real Estate." He graduated with Honors in 2006 from the S. J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He served on the Utah Law Review as an Articles Editor. His practice has focused on litigation, although he routinely advises community association and owner clients on general matters. Brandon has tremendous litigation experience at both the trial and appellate level. Brandon has litigated hundreds of cases and has regularly been appointed by insurance companies to defend their clients. His practical and problem solving approach facilitates a quick resolution to lawsuits. When that is not possible, Brandon and the Morris Sperry team are fully capable of defending or prosecuting a lawsuit to trial and, if necessary, on appeal.
