About Brandon Lauria
For nearly two decades, Brandon J. Lauria has successfully litigated fraud cases in state and federal courts. With extensive experience representing whistleblowers in False Claims Act lawsuits, as well as tax and securities claims filed under the IRS and SEC whistleblower programs, Brandon's clients have played a crucial role in the government's recovery of over $1 billion.
Brandon's unwavering advocacy and professionalism have consistently garnered recognition from both adversaries and peers. In 2022, he was honored with a nomination as a "Super Lawyer" in Pennsylvania, a distinction bestowed by fellow lawyers and awarded to less than 2.5% of all lawyers in the Commonwealth.
Prior to embarking on his legal career, Brandon earned a B.S. in Finance from Jacksonville University, where he excelled as a scholar-athlete and served as captain of the men's cross-country team. He furthered his education by obtaining a J.D. from the Widener University School of Law. During law school, Brandon actively participated in a civil law clinic, effectively representing indigent clients in their pursuit of justice.
Brandon is admitted to practice law in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey, as well as in the United States District Court. He maintains active membership in esteemed legal associations, including the Philadelphia County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Additionally, Brandon serves as the acting President of the Nicholas A. Cipriani American Inn of Court.
