Benosi became an Enrolled Agent in 2003 and was authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. As a recent immigrant, Benosi advocated for his non-immigrant and immigrant clients, and his clients asked questions about immigration laws and regulations which he could not answer. Those questions later prompted Benosi to attend law school. He was admitted to the California Bar on December 1, 2021, and to the US Tax Court on March 20, 2023. As a member of both California Bar and the US Tax Court, Benosi is authorized to practice immigration and tax laws in all US States and territories.
