Benjamin J. Pliskie is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana, as well as the United States District Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Northern District of Indiana. Benjamin earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2001. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin in 1997. Benjamin currently serves as a member of the Wisconsin Judicial Council; a 21-member body whose principal statutory responsibilities are to study and make recommendations relating to: (1) court pleading, practice and procedure; and (2) organization, jurisdiction and methods of administration and operation of Wisconsin courts.
