Attorney and Founder of InjuryStrong. Benjamin specializes in personal injury and insurance bad faith. He is licensed to practice law in Utah. He was born and raised in St. George and graduated from Desert Hills High School. He majored in Communications and graduated cum laude from Utah Tech University (formally Dixie State University). While at Utah Tech, he was the Sports & Recreational Club representative as part of the Student Government. Benjamin graduated from Washburn University School of Law, earning the Cali Award (top paper) for “Perfect Compensation and Tort Liability” in one of his favorite classes: Law & Economics. In law school, Benjamin interned at the Shawnee County Prosecutor’s office, gaining invaluable courtroom and trial experience. With over three years of personal injury experience and a track record of obtaining favorable settlements—including a recent $1M recovery—Benjamin understands the importance of clear client communication and tailored legal strategies. He is dedicated and committed to helping individuals navigate the challenges after an injury. Outside of the office, Benjamin is an avid rollercoaster enthusiast and self-made guitarist. He has been a lifelong fan of the Utah Jazz and Kansas City Chiefs. He and his wife enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors with their three dogs.
