About Beatrice Fasani
Beatrice Bianchi Fasani is a Florida licensed attorney and the founding member of the firm. She currently focuses her practice on inbound and outbound tax planning, pre-immigration tax planning, estate planning, real property transactions and corporate law.
Ms. Bianchi Fasani has extensive experience advising high-net-worth families and closely held businesses investing in the U.S. real estate market, on U.S. and international wealth planning matters, as well as income, estate, and gift tax planning.
As a US corporate attorney, Ms. Bianchi Fasani has experience in mergers and acquisition including creating U.S. and foreign entities and advising international and domestic companies on multi-million dollar deals.
Ms. Bianchi Fasani attended Boston University, where she graduated cum laude in International Relations and International Economics. After completing her undergraduate studies, Ms. Bianchi Fasani relocated to South Florida to attend the University of Miami School of Law where she graduated with honors with a Juris Doctorate degree and a Master in Taxation.
