August Martens Available Now

August V. Martens is a graduate of Loyola University School of Law, where in addition to the degree of Juris Doctor, he earned a Certificate of International Legal Studies. Martens maintains a diverse law practice, with primary concentration in the areas of Wills and Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney, Successions, Social Security Disability, Collections, Family Law, and Personal Injury. He is also a Qualified Mediator in matters affecting Child Custody, Visitation, and Support. Martens is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
