Ashley Smith Available Now

Ashley Garbe Smith graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Before founding AGS Law, Ashley worked for a boutique litigation firm for seven years as a legal assistant and law clerk and two years as an associate attorney. ​ Ashley founded AGS Law (DBA AGS Dental Law) because she wanted to focus on helping small business owners and dentists protect their businesses, assets, and families. Ashley provides personalized, innovative legal services in the areas of business law, dental practice transitions, commercial real estate, trademarks, and estate planning. It's important to Ashley that most of AGS Law’s services are provided on a flat-fee basis so clients know exactly how much they will pay from the initial engagement. Ashley is known for being responsive and accessible to her clients and keeping clients informed throughout the process.
