Ashley Elenio Available Now

Ashley started her legal career working as a law clerk, while pursuing her undergraduate degree and Juris Doctorate. She became an associate attorney upon admission to the New York State Bar. Prior to joining Consumer Justice Law Firm, Ashley worked as a litigation attorney in a variety of real estate matters, including foreclosures, residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes, contract disputes, plenary actions, bankruptcies, and small claims actions. Ashley has regularly appeared before the New York City Civil Courts and the New York State Supreme Court. With over ten years of legal experience, Ashley is happy dedicating her practice to helping consumers get the best legal services possible. Ashley is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA).
