Ariel Mossazadeh Available Now

Mr. Mossazadeh received his undergraduate degree at UCLA. Afterwards, he attended Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California, where he received his J.D. While in law school, his primary concentration was in business regulation and real estate transactions. Once out of law school, Mr. Mossazadeh was a commercial litigator at the boutique law offices of B&D in Beverly Hills, CA. After practicing there for five years, Mr. Mossazadeh went to work in-house for a successful real estate developer where he acted as in-house counsel and as a transaction coordinator. Since 2019, Mr. Mossazadeh decided to open Mirage Law, where he assisted thousands of clients throughout the State of California with their business and real estate needs. He currently focuses on helping startups get off ground. He is involved from the initial entity formation all the way through the sale of the business. On the real estate side, Mr. Mossazadeh assists developers and property owners in all aspects of their property ownership, including entitlements, evictions, lease negotiation, and transaction coordination.
