Anthony Bingham Available Now

Tony has been practicing law in Arizona for over twenty years, primarily in the areas of criminal defense, securities arbitration and securities regulatory matters. He established his own law practice, Law Offices of Anthony B. Bingham, over eleven years ago. Prior to that, he practiced law with a private law firm, with the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office and with the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission. Tony is licensed to practice law in all courts in Arizona including Municipal (City), Justice, Superior, Arizona Federal District Court and the Federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He also represents clients in securities arbitration claims, before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and clients who are being investigated and prosecuted by the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission. He earned his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and prior to that earned his undergraduate degree in General Business with an emphasis in International Finance. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar and the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA).
