Attorney Anser Ahmad has over 20 years of legal experience in federal and state litigation, as well as in the fields of immigration law, federal criminal defense, and appellate litigation. Mr. Ahmad handles all aspects of immigration law, including bond hearings, master hearings, and merits hearings, where he represents clients facing removal proceedings, including those with criminal convictions. He has supervised the preparation of hundreds of relative petitions, fiancé visas, student visas, visitor visas, work permits, green card applications, and citizenship applications.
