Andrew Schpak Available Now

Andrew Schpak represents management in employment litigation and provides advice in employment matters. He has worked with both public and private entities, and has handled litigation and advised clients on state and federal discrimination claims, class actions, and employee handbooks. He is Vice Chair of the American Bar Association YLD Labor and Employment Law Committee, a YLD fellow to the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Section, and President of the Multnomah Bar Association Young Lawyers Section. Andrew is a Board Member of the NW EEO/Affirmative Action Association and President of the Board of Directors of Film Action Oregon. He graduated from Reed College and received his J.D. from Cornell Law School. He is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington.
