Andrew M. Before joining Weir & Associates, Andy was a Partner at Stark & Stark in their Personal Injury Group. Andy also handles criminal defense, municipal court and traffic matters. He is a former Assistant Prosecutor in Mercer County NJ (Special Investigations Unit) and St. Louis County (Mo) and has tried numerous homicides, assaults, weapons and drug violations. He had his own criminal defense firm and served as the Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Richmond Heights (Mo) for 4 years prior to moving home to NJ.
