Amanda Tiernan Available Now

Amanda is a Montana girl through and through. She loves spending her time skiing in the winter and camping in the summer. She grew up in Billings and Laurel Montana, and is a proud graduate of Laurel High School. Amanda attended Rocky Mountain College, in Billings, Montana, where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science in History, Political Science, and Professional Communication Studies, with honors. While at Rocky, she was a member of the Debate Team recieving several awards and invaluable experience. During this time she also interned with Senator Tester's office. Amanda attended law school at Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington, where she graduated with honors. While at Gonzaga, she was a member of the Moot Court Team and president of the Woman's Law Caucus. Amanda interned with the University Legal Assistance General Practice Clinic, working primarily on family law and estate planning cases. Amanda moved back to Billings during her final semester in the Winter of 2012. During this time she interned with the United States Attorney's Office in Billings, Montana, focusing on criminal law. Amanda opened Tiernan Law in the Summer of 2015. She has been admitted to the State Bar of Montana since 2013. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family exploring the beautiful outdoors and playing softball.
