Amanda Lotspeich Available Now

I am Amanda Lotspeich, a licensed attorney in the State of Missouri and within the Western District Court of Appeals. I earned my Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law in 2020. My educational journey also includes a Master of Science in Management from Baker University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri. This combination of legal and business education forms a solid foundation for my career. Before attending law school, I spent over eight years in the insurance industry, managing both personal and business claims. During this period, I collaborated with defense counsel throughout various stages of litigation. My internships in law school were diverse, including positions at Legal Aid of Western Missouri in Warrensburg, Missouri, the Johnson County Prosecutor's Office in Warrensburg, Missouri, and the Missouri Attorney General's Office in Kansas City, MO. I am currently a member of the Board of Trustees at Legal Aid of Western Missouri. Our law firm, located in Warrensburg, Missouri, is dedicated to family law and civil litigation. We offer comprehensive family law services that address a wide range of issues such as divorce and custody modifications. Additionally, we assist with family law appeals.
