Allison started the firm in 2014 to better serve her clients. She believed in providing high-quality work in a more efficient manner, utilizing more technology, and an agile team to achieve the goal. We utilize flat fee billing where appropriate so our Client knows exactly how much the services will cost.
I have been working with small businesses since I was born (and since I became a lawyer). I love getting to know the business owner and see their vision for the business. Once I know where the business is going, I can provide counsel to help the business achieve its goals!
