Allison Garrett is Of Counsel with the national law firm of Spencer Fane. She is admitted to practice in both Oklahoma and Arkansas, and made the top score on the Arkansas bar exam. Garrett has been the Vice President and General Counsel for Walmart's corporate-level legal services, a university president and the chancellor over the Oklahoma higher education system. She has also served on the NCAA's Board of Governors, and was Vice Chair of the NCAA and a member of its Audit Committee. Garrett has an undergraduate degree from Oklahoma Christian University, a law degree from the University of Tulsa, and an LLM degree in securities regulation from Georgetown University.
