Allison Abbott Available Now

Allison Abbott has been with Elverson, Vasey and Abbott, LLP since 1999 and has been a partner in the firm since 2006. Her areas of practice include civil defense, insurance defense and litigation, insurance subrogation, and family law. Allison was born in Greensboro, North Carolina. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Arizona State University and received her Juris Doctorate with honors from Drake University Law School. Allison was admitted to the Iowa State Bar in 1999. She is admitted to both the Northern and Southern Districts in Iowa. Allison has earned the Distinguished peer review rating for high professional achievement from Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected by Thomson Reuters as a Super Lawyer, an honor bestowed on lawyers who are in the top 5% of attorneys in their state, based upon peer reviews. She is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Iowa Defense Counsel Association, Iowa State Bar Association, Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers and Polk County Bar Association. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Beza Threads and is actively involved in her church.
