Alfred β€œAl” Edward Fargione, III Al Fargione is an experienced civil and criminal litigator, having represented clients in high stakes civil and criminal litigation in State, Superior, and Federal Courts across Georgia. Mr. Fargione’s experience includes successfully proving an Uber driver’s innocence after the said driver was accused of sexually assaulting one of his fares and recovering insurance policy limits for those injured in automobile accidents. Mr. Fargione received his Bachelor’s Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY; his J.D. from New England Law | Boston, where he was the Symposium Editor on the New England Law Review; and his LL.M. in Tax Law and Estate Planning from the Boston University School of Law. Mr. Fargione is admitted to practice in Georgia and Massachusetts, the Middle District of Georgia and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
