Alexia serves a diverse clientele spanning podcast and audiobook production companies, documentary filmmakers, TV producers, and studios. In her role at Klaris, she heads the Podcasts & Audio team, collaborating closely with founders, audio heads, and producers in both business and legal capacities. From the initial deal-making stages to development and distribution, she acts as clearance counsel, negotiating and drafting various agreements such as host deals, slate/first-look agreements, distribution and sales arrangements, and IP development and adaptations. Alexia is deeply passionate about the audio industry, aiming to guide content creators responsibly through evolving technologies and emerging distribution models within the unique collegial nature of the field. Additionally, as a bi-national professional, she extends her expertise to non-US production companies in their US-facing deals. Alexia is a recognized speaker on media and entertainment industry trends, sharing insights at prominent events like South by Southwest (SXSW), ARinAction, Rights Tech Summit, Digital Entertainment World, The Podcast Academy, The Podcast Show (London), and Paris Podcast Festival. Hailing from Switzerland, Alexia is proficient in French and divides her time between New York, where she is a member of the Bar and Europe.
