Alan Fowler Available Now

I am Alan, the Founding Attorney of Alan Fowler Law, PLLC – Key West Criminal Defense. I established my law firm at a dining table in a small apartment, driven by the conviction that a single mistake or an unjust accusation should not have the power to destroy a person's future. Since launching in 2012, my team and I have represented thousands of clients, ensuring that fewer than 1% faced incarceration and less than 5% were convicted of a crime. My legal career began in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, where I served for six years on active duty. I continue to serve as a Commander in the Navy Reserves. Over the years, I have represented more than 7,000 clients from over 30 states. My clientele has been diverse, including employees from Fortune 100 companies, members from all branches of the military, college students, parents, teachers, and small business owners. I have also been a contributor to MS-NBC, the Key West Citizen, Avvo.com, and various American Bar Association publications. Additionally, I run the Florida Keys Criminal Law Blog. I hold degrees from the University of Central Florida and Mercer University School of Law, where I also received a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting. My legal practice is authorized by The Florida Bar, the Court of Appeals of the Armed Forces, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Outside of my professional life, I am an Eagle Scout, an enthusiastic traveler, and a devoted husband and father to two incredible boys. My wife, Kelly, is an entrepreneur who founded Just Save The Date – Event Planning & Design. I have traveled extensively across nearly every state in the U.S. and more than ten foreign countries. I am actively involved in my community as a YMCA youth basketball coach and a Babe Ruth youth baseball coach. My favorite pastimes include traveling, exploring the world of food, wine, and spirits, and creating memorable experiences with my family.
