Afshin Tadayon Available Now

Attorney Afshin Tadayon is considered one of the most proficient negotiators in southern Nevada. In addition to time spent in real estate law, settlements, and contract negotiation, Afshin’s practice includes both civil and criminal defense, specializing in personal injury, premises liability, and mass tort litigation. Born in Iran in 1967, Afshin was educated in Iran, Greece and the United States. He is also fluent in Greek and Farsi and maintains a diverse clientele. Before practicing personal injury law, Afshin served as a defense lawyer for insurance companies in California and Nevada. His insider knowledge of insurance processes and legal tactics allows him to conduct persistent and confident litigation on behalf of his clients. Afshin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (Cum Laude) from California State University, Northridge in 1994. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in 1997. While attending law school, Afshin worked as a Court Certified Legal Intern for a civil litigation firm and passed the Nevada State Bar exam in 1997. In 1998, he worked in the San Diego District Attorney’s office in the Bureau of Child Support Enforcement.
