Litigation:   Adrian represents clients in adversarial proceedings covering civil, criminal, and administrative matters.  He has achieved favorable results in the form of jury/bench verdicts and relief being granted at each of these levels, including on appeals.  Additionally, Adrian has been able to recover on offensive claims and defeat defensive claims simply by issuing letters, thus generating significant cost savings.  Energy:  Adrian cut his teeth in the oil and gas industry.  He takes personal pride in having built his client base by identifying and recovering unpaid (or stolen) royalties.  Those successes have led to Adrian taking over leasing operations for hundreds of thousands of acres on behalf of his clients.  In addition to leasing, he represents clients in selling and buying minerals, royalties, and working interests.     Business:  Adrian enjoys assisting entrepreneurs in identifying and implementing appropriate entity formations, as well as creating supporting documents and procedures to help the startups grow smoothly.  He also assists clients with established businesses by amending formation documents, contracts, and policies which have effectively handcuffed expansion or continued operations.  Other companies rely on Adrian to ensure that their outside documents and contracts are accomplishing intended goals while also providing adequate protections.
